Often some interest can be applied to your logo with a bit of animation. We humans have been hardwired to notice and pay attention to movement. While designing a logo isn\u2019t exactly on the same threat index as a tiger or even a fast moving car, we pick up on it all the same. There have been multiple studies surrounding the use of digital signage<\/a>, movement<\/a>, and the customer\u2019s attention<\/a>, just to pick out a few key aspects. Making the most of your logo by adding some movement just\u2026 makes sense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We design animated logos based on two things – the logo itself and a creative conversation with our client. The look of the logo often dictates the best type of movement and animation, but having a short conversation with our client about their business, it\u2019s ideals, history and products can have a huge impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, we recently animated a logo for SOSSI, a company that deals with prototyping in a fast paced environment and can have many different types of prototypes, from Archery to Automotive. The discussion we had with the owners helped form that seed and sparked the basics behind the idea to give them something suited to that engineering\/prototyping world. The look of the finished logo itself helped direct the motion and color palette of the entire animation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
